DELICIOUS! I’m an avid home cook and always tweak recipes but didn’t see the need to mess with this one and I’m glad I didn’t because it is so delicious! Actually I did cook a pound of dried Rancho Gordo Chick Peas from scratch to use but other than that I didn’t change a thing. So hearty, flavorful, healthy, and simple! This one will go in the rotation for sure.
