Thanks a lot for this recipe. I got the exact Thai paste from Target. Being a vegetarian, I loved that you didn’t add any fish sauce etc.

Dear Deryn, do you get curry paste without fish? In Switzerland where I life, none of the available jars qualify as vegan. I personally don’t care about that but we have vegan friends and cooking for them is really not easy…
